Black Martini
Ingredients
- 60ml Vodka
- 30ml Monin Raspberry Liqueur
- 15ml Monin Blue Curacao Liqueur
Method
Chill down a cocktail glass
Shake and strain
Pour into the glass and serve

Blue Hawaian
Ingredients
- 30ml White Rum
- 100ml Pineapple juice
- 15ml Monin Blue Curacao
- Ice
Method
Chill down a cocktail(Martini) glass. Add ingredients to an iced shaker, shake and strain into the glass. Garnish with a small slice of pineapple and a cocktail umbrella.

Blue Lotus
Ingredients
- 60ml 42Below Vodka
- 30ml Lychee Liqueur
- 20ml Monin Violet Liqueur
- 10ml Monin Blue curacao
- Mint leaves
Method
Shake over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a violet.

Blue Raspberry Cosmo
Ingredients
- 30ml Absolut Raspberry
- 15ml Monin Blue Curacao Liqueur
- 45ml white cranberry juice
- A dash of lime juice
Method
Shake and strain in to chilled martini glass.

Dark Skies
Ingredients
- 45ml 42BELOW Vodka Pure
- 30ml Monin Triple Sec Liqueur
- 15ml Monin Blue Curacao Liqueur
- 15ml Monin Creme de Casis Liqueur
- Top with Lemonade
- Dash of Monin Grenadine Syrup
Method
Build over ice in a highball glass, top with Lemonade. Garnish with a dash of Monin Grenadine.
