Cassis Cosmo

Ingredients

30ml 42BELOW Vodka
15ml Monin Triple Sec Liqueur
15ml Monin Blackcurrant (Cassis) Liqueur
15ml lime juice
15ml cranberry juice

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into large chilled Martini glass.

Dark Skies

Ingredients

45ml 42BELOW Vodka Pure
30ml Monin Triple Sec Liqueur
15ml Monin Blue Curacao Liqueur
15ml Monin Creme de Casis Liqueur
Top with Lemonade
Dash of Monin Grenadine Syrup

Method

Build over ice in a highball glass, top with Lemonade. Garnish with a dash of Monin Grenadine.

De la Cassis

Ingredients

50ml South Gin
10ml Monin Blackcurrant Liqueur (Cassis)
10ml Monin Blackberry Syrup
2 blackberries
juice of half a lemon
a coin of ginger
two bar spoons of egg whites

Method

Bash ginger in boston glass, squeeze half a lemon and berries, egg whites , spirits and ice - shake and serve in a rock glass

Ingredients

30ml 42Below
15ml Monin Creme de Cassis
15ml Monin Blackberry Liqueur
15ml Monin Strawberry Syrup
1/4 C Frozen mixed berries
90ml cream
a few cubes of ice

Method

Blend and serve in a tall glass.
Garnish with a black berry

Fresh Lime juice
Gingerbeer (dry)
Ice

Method

Build over ice in a tall glass. Top with Gingerbeer. (Monin Blackcurrant Syrup can also be used)
