Ingredients
- 30ml Monin Creme de Cacao Liqueur
- 30ml Monin Creme de Menthe Liqueur
- 15ml Monin Coffee Liqueur
- 30ml fresh cream
Method
Chill down a Martini glass, add all ingredients to an iced shaker, shake and strain into a chocolate rimmed glass. Garnish with flaked chocolate.

- 15ml Monin White Creme de menthe Liqueur
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- Dash of bitters
- Maraschino cherry
Method
Shake over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Sink the maraschino cherry.

- 30ml Monin Creme de Menthe Liqueur
- 30ml Monin White Creme de Cacao Liqueur
- 10ml Monin Dark Creme de Cacao Liqueur
- Flaked chocolate for garnish
- 30ml fresh cream
Method
Chill Cocktail (Martini) glass. Combine in a shaker over ice Green Creme de Menthe, White de Cacao and cream Rim glass with a little sugar syrup and coat with chocolate flakes Pour from shaker into glass Drizzle 10ml Monin Dark Creme de cacao Liqueur to the bottom.
