Lychee & Lime Dacquarie
Ingredients
- 30ml White Rum
- 30ml Monin Lychee Syrup
- 30ml Monin Original Lime Liqueur
- 30ml lime juice
- 5 canned lychees
Method
Blend with ice.

Marmalade
Ingredients
- 30ml Grey goose vodka
- 30ml Monin Mardarine Liqueur
- 15ml Monin Original Lime Liqueur
- 10ml Lime juice
- 1 T Roses Lime marmalade
Method
Shake over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Zest a little orange peel over glass when serving

Mister Chen
Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 40ml Monin Original Lime
- 10ml Monin Iced Tea Syrup
- Water, chilled
- A squeeze of lemon
Method
In a tumbler glass add ice, Monin Original Lime, Monin Iced Tea Syrup, a squeeze of lemon & top up with chilled water.

Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 40ml of Monin Original Lime
- Squeeze of lemon
Method
In a tumbler glass add Monin Original Lime, ice and a squeeze of lemon.

Pimms and Green Tea Refresher
Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- Long thin slices cucumber (made with a vegetable peeler)
- 60ml Pimms
- 15ml Monin Original Lime
- 250ml cold green tea
Method
Arrange cucumber slices in a highball glass. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add Pimms, Monin Original Lime and cold iced tea to shaker. Shake and strain into ice-filled glass
