- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Maraschino Liqueur
- 5ml Monin Violette Liqueur
Method
Chill down a cocktail glass. Combined ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain. Garnish with a cherry. 1916 Originally made with Monin Creme de Violet which gives the drink a beautiful sky blue colour.

- 20ml Monin Violet Liqueur
- 10ml Monin Blue curacao
- Mint leaves
Method
