Ingredients

  • 60ml Gin
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Maraschino Liqueur
  • 5ml Monin Violette Liqueur

Method

Chill down a cocktail glass.
Combined ingredients in shaker with ice.
Shake and strain.
Garnish with a cherry.
1916 Originally made with Monin Creme de Violet which gives the drink a beautiful sky blue colour.

Ingredients

  • 60ml 42Below Vodka
  • 30ml Lychee Liqueur
  • 20ml Monin Violet Liqueur
  • 10ml Monin Blue curacao
  • Mint leaves

Method

Shake over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a violet.

  • 45ml South Gin
  • 30ml Monin Violet Liqueur
  • 30ml Monin Passionfruit Syrup
  • 45ml pear juice
  • Top with Champagne

Method

Shake over ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass, top with Champagne.

  • 1/2 an egg white

Method

Shake over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
