After Eight
Ingredients
- 30ml Monin Creme de Cacao Liqueur
- 30ml Monin Creme de Menthe Liqueur
- 15ml Monin Coffee Liqueur
- 30ml fresh cream
Method
Chill down a Martini glass, add all ingredients to an iced shaker, shake and strain into a chocolate rimmed glass. Garnish with flaked chocolate.

Chocoholic
Ingredients
- 15ml Monin Dark Creme de Cacao
- 15ml Monin White Creme de Cacao
- 30ml Baileys
- 20ml Cream
- Ice
Method
add Ice, Blend. Put into Martini Glass. Garnish with dark and white chocolate shavings.

Chocotini
Ingredients
- 60ml 42BELOW Vodka
- 30ml Monin Creme de Cacao (white)Liqueur
- ...........
- 15ml Monin Creme de Cacao (dark)Liqueur
Method
Chill down a Martini glass, Add ingredients to a iced cocktail shaker, shake or stir. Strain in to chocolate rimmed glass. Sink the Monin Dark Creme de Cacao Liqueur to the bottom.

Fig and Honey Lassi Cocktail
Ingredients
- 30ml Fig infused 42 Below Manuka Honey Vodka
- 15ml Monin White Creme de Cacao
- 10ml Glayva
- 15ml Greek Style Honey Yoghurt
- 30ml Honey [very runny]
- 60ml Apple Juice
Method
Put all ingredients into a Boston Shaker. Shake and pour into a serving glass. Garnish with crushed ice and a Star Anise.

Grasshopper
Ingredients
- 30ml Monin Creme de Menthe Liqueur
- 30ml Monin White Creme de Cacao Liqueur
- 10ml Monin Dark Creme de Cacao Liqueur
- Flaked chocolate for garnish
- 30ml fresh cream
Method
Chill Cocktail (Martini) glass. Combine in a shaker over ice Green Creme de Menthe, White de Cacao and cream Rim glass with a little sugar syrup and coat with chocolate flakes Pour from shaker into glass Drizzle 10ml Monin Dark Creme de cacao Liqueur to the bottom.
