Black Berry Sorbet
Ingredients
- 4 Cups fresh Blackberries
- 1/4 Cup fresh Lemon juice
- 1/4 Cup fresh Orange juice
- 2 Cups Monin Blackberry Syrup
Method
In a food processer or blender, puree berries with the lemon and orange juice. Strain mixture through a sieve to remove the seeds. Pour into a plastic container and cover. Once chilled place into ice cream maker and freeze according to instructions. Transfer to container and freeze for at least an hour before serving.
