De la Cassis

Ingredients

• 50ml South Gin
• 10ml Monin Blackcurrant Liqueur (Cassis)
• 10ml Monin Blackberry Syrup
• 2 blackberries
• juice of half a lemon
• a coin of ginger
• two bar spoons of egg whites

Method

Bash ginger in boston glass, squeeze half a lemon and berries, egg whites , spirits and ice - shake and serve in a rock glass
