De la Cassis
Ingredients
- 50ml South Gin
- 10ml Monin Blackcurrant Liqueur (Cassis)
- 10ml Monin Blackberry Syrup
- 2 blackberries
- juice of half a lemon
- a coin of ginger
- two bar spoons of egg whites
Method
Bash ginger in boston glass, squeeze half a lemon and berries, egg whites , spirits and ice - shake and serve in a rock glass
